We know that the immigration regulations of Panama are presenting many challenges to obtain the approval of authorized visas by Panamanian Authorities. For this reason, we wish to inform you of the process that has been confirmed to us as organizers, in order to support you in obtaining the visa approval in record time.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE YOU MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS.
The Panamanian Embassy in Haiti will be in charge of processing your VISA APPLICATIONS to attend the “Journey of Reconciliation of Mother Africa and Her Diaspora”. Please make sure of scanning all documents required and make the USD 50.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee and include the deposit receipt in the email to the Embassy along with the other requirements.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS APPLYING FOR A PANAMANIAN VISA IN THE EMBASSY OF PANAMA IN HAITI.
It is important to complete the application form with all these requirements and make a payment of USD 50 to the Embassy account:
- Application form duly filled and signed by each applicant.
- scanned copy of ALL PAGES of passport.
- Scanned copy of National ID, with translation into Spanish.
- Flight reservation.
- Hotel reservation.
- Invitation letter in Spanish.
- Personal photo.
- Bank account statement with Spanish Translation. If the currency is not in USD, you should indicate in the translation the equivalent in USD.
- USD50.00 application fees which is not refundable.
Please include the receipt of the deposit along with all the requirements for the visa application and email them all to firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE: Please request the Bank from where you are making the transfer that the banking costs must be charged to you and not to the Embassy´s account. It is important that the full USD 50 transfer be deposited to this account otherwise the visa application will be denied.
After sending all information requested to the Embassy’s email, the Embassy Staff will then process your application and they will inform you if approved. As time is of essence at this time, please complete all documentation as fast as you possibly can.
PANAMA IMMIGRATION INFORMATION
There is also an exception, according to Executive Decree 521 of August 6, 2018. If any of the citizens have either a valid residence permit or a valid multiple entries tourist visa that has been used at list once with a validity not less than six (6) months from the following countries: Canada, United States, Korea, Australia, Japan, Great Britain, Republic of Singapore and any of the States of the European Union, it will not require a Panamanian Authorized Visa to enter Panama.
Also, for your support, please see the attached copy of this decree (it is in Spanish, but it will help you in case of any airline questioning your boarding for not having an authorized Visa from Panama).
